Day 2 cram session

Garmin Connect – Day 2, 42 mile bike / 3,425 ft elevation

Equipment: Ritchey BreakAway with Di2

Nutrition: 1st Endurance EFS liquid shot – this stuff tastes great but the multi serve flask is  a pain. May be good for running but  needing to but back in pocket or under shorts or into bike mount takes my momentum and eyes off of my forward movement while on the bike. I hope they will develop a single serve packet. For a half iron distance I will need to take 2 flasks on the bike (make sure I do not drop or bounce off the bike mount) and 2 flask on the run.

Need to fuel early, do not want to wait until you have craving… it will be too late!
